Poetic Scherzo

"I look to the sea
 a regatta captain
 urging his kayaks on to sail
 Daj. Daj!
 Heave ho!
 Veslaj. Veslaj!
 Row. Row your kayaks quickly
 On the water!
 Veslaj. Veslaj!
 And so, did we ...
 on to breakfast morning!"
